Κυρίες και κύριοι συνάδελφοι,
αναρτήθηκε στην ιστοσελίδα της Βουλής των Ελλήνων το σχέδιο νόμου του Υπουργείου Δικαιοσύνης με τίτλο «Αναμόρφωση του κληρονομικού δικαίου και άλλες διατάξεις», στο οποίο εμπεριέχονται διατάξεις άμεσου συμβολαιογραφικού ενδιαφέροντος. Το νομοσχέδιο θα εισαχθεί άμεσα για συζήτηση στην αρμόδια Επιτροπή της Βουλής, όπου θα κληθούν οι Φορείς, μεταξύ των οποίων και εμείς, προς υποβολή τροποποιητικών και εν γένει προτάσεων και εν συνεχεία θα εισαχθεί προς ψήφιση στην Ολομέλεια της Βουλής.
